I really like how you colored the eyes and hair especially, I think you did a really good job with that. The articles of clothing have folds and values in them, which is nice.

As for things you could work on, despite drawing in a cartoon-style, the proportions could use some work. For example, the eyes are extremely far apart, which causes you to make the heads larger. I'm all for people having styles, but the basics of anatomy and proportioning still apply. Their hands are quite tiny when compared to the rest of their limbs and head. A way to remedy this is to draw out the body into shapes first, like guidelines. This will cause you to think about the body in segments, and you'll use the length of the shapes to better guide you in proportions.

A person's head can be measured by their hands for example- if you touch the palm of your hand to your chin and lay your hand flat over your face as best as you can, you'll notice your fingers come to rest near your brow or forehead. Use this as a measuring guide of how large to make yours hands compared to the faces.

If you need me to redline this to better illustrate what I mean, do feel free to ask. I am not trying to offend you, as I know you are not attempting realism here, but as I've said, even cartoons have proportions in mind. I hope this helps. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
